Expert Educational Consultants For Learning Success

At Coaching Consultants Team, we're proud to be a collective of dedicated Texas educators, boasting over 70 years of combined experience. Our passion lies in small-group literacy instruction, where we believe lies the key to empowering struggling readers, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed to excel as independent readers and critical thinkers.

Coaching Consultants Team will support your campus by:

  • Target area of Kinder – 5th grade
  • Providing a beginning assessment to know the student's current reading level and aid in grouping students
  • Providing 1 on 1 or small group lessons (all dependent on student grouping and scheduling, but a minimum of 10 weeks is recommended)
  • Providing our own lesson plans—classroom teachers would not have to plan lessons or provide any materials
  • Using Running Records, writing samples, and anecdotal notes to provide ongoing data and information about student progress
  • Communicate progress with classroom teachers and administration
  • Provide an ending assessment to show student growth
